1: Eligibility for Returns

• You can return your Picaso Blankets & Sheets within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2: Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized blankets are not eligible for return.
• Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

3: Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@picasoblankets.in.
• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

4: Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned blanket, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5: Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
