1: Eligibility for Returns
- You can return your Picaso Blankets & Sheets within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2: Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized blankets are not eligible for return.
- Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
3: Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@picasoblankets.in.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned blanket, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5: Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6: Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your Picaso Blankets & Sheets for a different design or size, please follow the return process and place a new order.
