  • We accept returns on all blankets within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2: Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customized or personalized blankets cannot be returned.

3: Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@picasoblankets.in
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

4: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned blanket, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5: Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6: Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your blanket for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
